Return & Exchange Policy

We make returns and exchanges simple so you can shop with confidence.

At Mobility Equipment TN, we value our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

After 5 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is covered by warranty or found to be faulty.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Note: For hygienic and safety reasons, certain mobility equipment parts may not be eligible for return once opened, unless defective.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your mobility chair, scooter, or related equipment arrives faulty or damaged, we will:

  • Beyond repair: Ship you a replacement product of the same model.
  • Repairable: Repair the item and ship it back to you within 7 business days.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges of faulty or defective items will be covered by us.

4. Process for Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@mobilityequipmenttn.com or +1 555 123 4567.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 5 day window, unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Accessories or parts marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for defective or wrong items.
